With dedicated treble and mid-range units that match the other Silver 7G speakers, the C250 is the ideal sonic match. The famous C-CAM Gold Dome tweeter now has a new Uniform Dispersion Waveguide II. This is designed to give a more natural and lifelike sound, with less distortion. The 5 1/4" bass cones and 3" mid-range units feature the latest version of Monitor Audio’s distinctive RST (Rigid Surface Technology). Inspired by the Japanese art of Origami, RST II uses lightweight cones that are made more rigid by complex surface pressings. The result is sound that’s fast to respond, helping to enhance vocal clarity for mumble-free dialogue.
