Under recent legislation, we are obliged to point out that you obviously do not need to purchase an extended warranty at the same time you purchase your electrical goods and are entitled to shop around. We have been encouraging our customers to do just that for years because, not only are our prices significantly cheaper than our competitors, but just look at what else we include:
Free loan machine (only if taken back to store)
Should you encounter a problem, just ask and you'll be provided with a unit to ensure you're not without music whilst your equipment is being fixed.
Like for like machine if unit is unrepairable
If, for any reason, we are unable to repair your unit, we'll replace it. Naturally, models do change so, while we can't guarantee that it will be the same model, we do guarantee that it will have equivalent specifications.
Free routine service / Maintenance checks
have your unit serviced as often as you wish, free of charge, during the 6 year period. (Normally excluded from extended guarantees).
45 day cooling off period
If you're not happy with our 6 Year Supercare package just ask for a full refund - no questions asked. After 45 days, providing no claim has been made, you can also terminate the agreement and receive a pro-rata refund.

Using a top quality ESS ES9038Q2M reference DAC (Digital to Analogue Convertor), the Audiolab 7000N Play is compatible with a wide range of Hi-Res music files. The higher quality DAC also enhances the sound quality, with the 7000N Play delivering a more dynamic and detailed sound.

DTS Play-Fi for effortless music streaming
Just like the 6000N Play, the Audiolab 7000N Play has DTS Play-Fi at its heart. This is a premium, wireless control system that brings everything under one 'roof'. Download the free app and you'll not only have access to Internet radio via Sirius XM but also popular music apps such as Spotify, Tidal, Deezer and Amazon Music. As well as streaming from music services, the 7000N Play also streams from NAS drives and PCs with DLNA support.

Multi-room talent
More than just a single zone streamer, Play-Fi offers the potential for full multi-room music. Simply add other Play-Fi compatible sources and you'll quickly be able to build up a comprehensive music system around your home - all under the control of a powerful app.

Now with support for AirPlay 2
Improving over the lower model, the 7000N Play is also compatible with Apple AirPlay 2. This gives you an alternative streaming ecosystem, that’s especially attractive if you already use a range of Apple products, such as their HomePod smart speakers.

Full colour display
Another great new feature is the full colour display. This GUI (Graphical User Interface) clearly displays a wide range of information, including streaming service, system settings, format, folder, track details and other data. It can even display VU meter readings for a graphical display of your music’s beat. Alternatively, switch the display off for the least distraction.

With thousands of Internet radio stations out there, the 7000N Play makes it easy to find your favourites. Four presets, located on the front panel deliver quick access to your favourite stations – especially handy when you’re using your smartphone or tablet for other things.

As well as standard analogue RCA phono outputs, the 7000N Play comes equipped with both optical and coaxial digital outputs. This makes it ideal for connecting to any stereo or home cinema amp. It also gives you the option of upgrading to a dedicated DAC at a later date.
