Using twin drivers in Uni-Core Force Cancellation configuration and powered by a 1000 watt amp, the bass performance is never anything less than extraordinary.

Uni-Core Force Cancellation delivers the power, without the bulk
Instead of using a large woofer, which inevitably leads to a larger cabinet, the KC92 is fitted with twin drivers, fitted back-to-back. KEF’s ingenious version of force cancelling uses a single magnet and concentric voice coils (Uni-Core), to deliver an almighty punch while reducing cabinet volume by over a third.

Incredible power output
With 500 watts of Class-D amplifier power available to each woofer, the KC92 produces a mighty 1000 watts in total. This huge swell of power means that the bass isn’t just deep and loud enough but also kept under tight control, for maximum dynamic attack.

P-Flex surround for a smooth, even response
The KC92 is fitted with KEF’s P-Flex surround that’s designed to reduce cone movement resistance – especially at lower volume levels. This means you get a seamless response, without the ‘lumpy’ bass that can afflict lesser subs.
