Under recent legislation, we are obliged to point out that you obviously do not need to purchase an extended warranty at the same time you purchase your electrical goods and are entitled to shop around. We have been encouraging our customers to do just that for years because, not only are our prices significantly cheaper than our competitors, but just look at what else we include:
Free loan machine (only if taken back to store)
Should you encounter a problem, just ask and you'll be provided with a unit to ensure you're not without music whilst your equipment is being fixed.
Like for like machine if unit is unrepairable
If, for any reason, we are unable to repair your unit, we'll replace it. Naturally, models do change so, while we can't guarantee that it will be the same model, we do guarantee that it will have equivalent specifications.
Free routine service / Maintenance checks
have your unit serviced as often as you wish, free of charge, during the 6 year period. (Normally excluded from extended guarantees).
45 day cooling off period
If you're not happy with our 6 Year Supercare package just ask for a full refund - no questions asked. After 45 days, providing no claim has been made, you can also terminate the agreement and receive a pro-rata refund.

Tailor the sound to suit your cartridge’s load settings
The iFi ZEN Phono 3 has the ability to adjust the cartridge’s impedance load, independently to the gain. Adjustable for MC cartridges via three-steps from between 100 ohms to 1000 ohms and 200 pF for MM or MC (High) cartridges, the settings let you finetune the sound to suit your cartridge’s characteristics.

Adjustable gain to suit your cartridge
As well as load adjustment, the ZEN Phono 3 also has no fewer than four cartridge gain settings. Choose between MM (Moving Magnet), MC (Moving Coil) High, MC Low and MC Very Low for the correct match with your turntable’s cartridge. Covering outputs from 36dB to 72dB, the ZEN Phono 3 is able to withstand several cartridge upgrades.

High precision and balanced output for class-leading sound quality
Implementing top quality TDK capacitors, fitted in parallel, the ZEN Phono 3 produces extremely low levels of distortion – giving class-leading precision. The circuit also utilises a balanced output design. A balanced output reduces noise and crosstalk, reducing distortion and improving the detail you hear.

Top quality components for low noise
Using audiophile components from the likes of Texas Instruments, TDK and muRata, the iFi ZEN Phono 3 is full of the best audio ingredients. Carefully implemented, these components come together to maximise the signal to noise ratio. This means you hear more detail and less background hiss – a common weakness on inferior phono pre-amps.

Intelligent subsonic filter
Subsonic filters reduce rumble and are especially handy when playing warped records. The downside with subsonic filters is they often also harm the sound by creating phase issues. The unique intelligent subsonic filter used by iFi gets around these phase issues, creating a more natural sound while maintaining the speaker protection offered by regular subsonic filters.
