Fortieth anniversary celebration
After forty years producing award-wining amplifiers, CD players and network streamers, Cyrus have built a turntable to be proud of. Built in collaboration with some of the best turntable brands in the business, but with unique insight and technology from Cyrus, the TTP has just what it takes to challenge the establishment.

Precision built for precise sound quality
Precision build quality is at the heart of Cyrus’s first turntable. Machined from a single billet of aluminium, the solid aluminium chassis promotes a rigid and stable platform for the rest of the player to be built around. The platter is also aluminium and connected to a steel spindle with precision bearing for the smoothest running.

Exceptionally stable speed control
Featuring a DC synchronous motor with digital control circuit, the TTP delivers exceptional speed stability. This gives your music a more solid stance, with pitch sensitive instruments, such as piano, sounding more lifelike and full-bodied. Speed control is electronically switched, with 33 and 45 settings on the turntable’s front.

Upgrade with Cyrus’s famous power supply
For a big upgrade in sound, you can add (at additional cost) Cyrus’s famous PSX-R2 power supply. Having been available for almost as long as the company itself, the PSX power supplies are famed for making a substantial difference to many Cyrus products, past and present. When used to power the TTP, the motor drive stage benefits from the PSX-R2’s highly stable and ultra-low noise supply. You’ll hear a deeper, wider soundstage with more space around the individual performers and enhanced dynamic scale.

Supplied with a top quality tonearm
Using a one-piece headshell and arm tube, the highly rigid tonearm helps your choice of cartridge track as smoothly as possible. Almost as renowned as Cyrus itself, the familiar tonearm has a provenance and reputation for sonic excellence that also dates right back to the ‘80s. In this highly evolved form, it offers precise tracking adjustment and almost friction-free movement.

Adjustable feet for isolation
Supplied with adjustable and vibration isolating feet, the TTP is less placement dependent than some. Where less well damped rivals might skip, the TTP plays on, making it suitable for shelf placement, rather than needing its own dedicated support.
