Analogue excellence for vibrant vinyl
Designed for the purest sound, the Audio-Technica AT-LP7X is a fully manual turntable that’s engineered to the highest standards at its price. Combining a thick, MDF plinth with acrylic platter and low friction bearing helps the AT-LP7X deliver a remarkably smooth and natural sound. AT’s classic J-shaped tonearm and VM95E cartridge complete a talented package.

Anti-resonance design for the purest sound
Constructed from 40mm MDF (Medium Density Fibreboard) and fitted with vibration-absorbing feet, the AT-LP7X delivers smooth, low-distortion sound. Fitted with a 20mm thick acrylic platter, vibrations are naturally damped, without the need for a slipmat. This lets you hear subtle details in the music, for a more natural and lifelike sound.

Smooth-running drive system
Featuring a low friction bearing with an optical sensor-monitored motor, the speed is kept as accurate as possible, ensuring excellent pitch stability. The motor is mounted on vibration-dampening rubber bushings, designed to decouple the motor from the plinth, minimising potential distortion.

Built-in phono pre-amp for MM and MC cartridges
Letting you connect to a wider range of amps, without the need for a separate box, the AT-LP7X is equipped with a built-in phono pre-amp. This lets you plug into any AUX input on your amp, active speakers or Smart speaker system. For the ultimate in cartridge matching, the pre-amp is also switchable between MM (Moving Magnet) and MC (Moving Coil) cartridges. This lets you use high precision MC cartridges, without the need for an additional step-up amp.

Enhanced Audio-Technica tonearm
The J-shaped tonearm is a classic AT design that’s designed for perfect groove alignment. Fitted with adjustable anti-skate control, the tonearm lets the cartridge track the record as accurately as possible, giving the lowest distortion and highest levels of detail. It also has VTA (Vertical Tracking Angle), letting you set the height to suit different cartridges.

Lightweight headshell for easy cartridge replacement
Supplied with the AT-LT10 headshell, you can easily change cartridges. Purchase additional headshells and cartridges and simply unscrew one and fit the other – perfect for when you want to experiment using different cartridges to suit different music genres.

Classic Audio-Technica cartridge
For the complete package, the AT-LP7X is fitted with a classic Audio-Technica cartridge. Featuring an elliptical stylus, the Audio-Technica AT-VM95E is a great upgrade over standard cartridges. Compared to more basic conical-equipped cartridges, the elliptical stylus on the VM95E gets deeper into the groove – pulling out more music for a more detailed sound.
