Monitor Audio’s famous C-CAM Gold Dome tweeter has been extensively refined for the Silver 8G series. Its vented design and optimised internal enclosure reduce distortion, helping deliver clarity, control and transparency at the top end. The latest UD Waveguide II provides a wider sweet spot, improved dispersion and stable performance across all listening levels.

Magic in the midrange
As a 3-way speaker, the Silver 300 8G features a 3” C-CAM cone that’s dedicated to the midrange. This gives you exceptional resolution – just where you need it for vocals to sound their very best. A whole host of other instruments, from guitars to pianos also operate mainly in the mid-range, meaning this dedicated driver is crucial in making the musicians sound like they’re ‘there’ in the room with you.

Deep, agile bass
Now in its third generation, the RST III woofer features improved engineering to reduce distortion and extend the dynamic range. Larger magnets, enhanced venting and an upgraded voice coil help the driver respond faster, delivering bass punch and agility. Thanks to its twin woofers, the sound goes deep too. Dropping right down to 30Hz, the Silver 300 8G’s bass output is exceptionally low for a relatively compact floorstanding speaker, making it capable of doing justice to all types of music and movie soundtracks.

Smooth-flowing bass
Using Silent Flow Port Technology, bass integration is taken to the next level. The port is significantly larger than on previous models and shaped to reduce turbulence. Inspired by the interlocking feathers of an owl’s wing, its design improves airflow for quieter operation, deeper bass and lower distortion.

Already impressive as home cinema speakers, you can take the Silver 300 8G to the next level by adding the extra cost, optional Silver AMS 8G Dolby Atmos speakers. Designed to perfectly match the Silver 300’s width and depth, these Atmos speakers sit seamlessly on top. Once connected to your Atmos/DTS:X AV receiver, they produce spatial, 3D sound that has you ducking for cover.

Choice of contemporary finishes to match your room
For the best fit in your room, the Silver range is available in a choice of contemporary finishes. Choose engineered wood in European Walnut for a warm look, or High Gloss Black or Satin White for a more contemporary style. Magnetically attached grilles keep the speakers looking clean when in place and can be removed to show off the high-tech drive units.

More than just stylish, the Silver cabinets feature braced construction with Through-Bolt Technology for exceptional rigidity. This reduces resonance and panel vibration, improving sonic accuracy and helping reveal fine layers of musical detail that could otherwise be lost. For enhanced stability, outrigger feet are supplied. Use with top-adjusting spikes for carpet or rubber feet for hard floors.
