6 YEAR SUPERCARE
6 YEAR SUPERCARE COSTS JUST £9.99 ON ALL ITEMS UNDER £100, OR 10% OF PURCHASE PRICE ON ANYTHING OVER £100.
This page is intended to demonstrate the incredible value of our 6 Year Supercare. Under recent legislation, we are obliged to point out that you obviously do not need to purchase an extended warranty at the same time you purchase your electrical goods and are entitled to shop around. We have been encouraging our customers to do just that for years because, not only are our prices significantly cheaper than our competitors, but just look at what else we include:
Free loan machine (only if taken back to store)
Should you encounter a problem, just ask and you'll be provided with a unit to ensure you're not without music whilst your equipment is being fixed.
Like for like machine if unit is unrepairable
If, for any reason, we are unable to repair your unit, we'll replace it. Naturally, models do change so, while we can't guarantee that it will be the same model, we do guarantee that it will have equivalent specifications.
Free routine service / Maintenance checks
have your unit serviced as often as you wish, free of charge, during the 6 year period. (Normally excluded from extended guarantees).
45 day cooling off period
If you're not happy with our 6 Year Supercare package just ask for a full refund - no questions asked. After 45 days, providing no claim has been made, you can also terminate the agreement and receive a pro-rata refund.
If you use the policy in the 6 years, you'll have saved yourself tens and perhaps hundreds of pounds. If you don't use it...IT WON'T COST YOU A THING!*
* Simply return your unused Supercare policy within one month of the expiration date, and we'll refund the price of your warranty. Terms and Conditions

Stunning visuals and brighter highlights - QD-OLED picture quality
Samsung QD-OLED delivers superior brightness with an expansive spectrum of colours, shades, and contrast for consistently brilliant imagery. With 250 nits of brightness and a wider colour gamut, every scene comes alive in vivid detail, on this Samsung 27 inch monitor.

Dive into shadows with purer black levels - Deep black levels
Uncover every secret with infinite expression. See true black and dark colours on screen without pixel light bleed for supreme colour and depth expression in every game.

Focus without distraction - OLED Glare Free
Glare Free technology significantly reduces glare from external light sources, so the OLED screen's perfect black and colour experience are presented without distractions. With a screen 54% less glossy than conventional Anti-Reflection film, you can see your full game environments and get the drop on enemies.

*Based on internal test results.

Outmanoeuvre opponents with supreme speed - 360Hz Refresh Rate & 0.03ms Response Time(GtG)
Dodge, counter and engage faster than the rest with OLED technology, offering a near-instant 0.03ms response time (GtG). Stay ahead of the competition with HDMI 2.1 and DisplayPort connections, providing a 360Hz refresh rate in QHD resolution. Every millisecond counts when facing the best.

* Based on GtG measured under internal test conditions. Results may vary by content and monitor settings.* GtG (Grey to Grey) measures the time taken for a monitor pixel to change from one grey value to another.

Immerse in smooth action without disruption - AMD FreeSync Premium Pro
Hyper action made seamless. Support of Variable refresh rate (VRR) with AMD FreeSync Premium Pro keeps the GPU and panel synced up to eliminate choppiness, screen-lag, and image tears. Fast-action and complex game scenes are stable and stutter-free for your competitive edge.

Stunning in any space – Sleek Metal Design
An upgraded sleek and modern design transforms any room into a high-tech paradise. CoreLighting+ matches your mood with ambient lighting for any vibe. Measuring 3.9mm at its thinnest point, you can make your space your own.

Extend winning streaks in comfort – Ergonomic Stand
Reach the height of winning. Swivel, tilt and adjust your monitor until all enemies are in perfect view. Your display can be moved so you can find total gaming comfort.
