Designed to please the eye and ear, the Ruark Talisman-R speakers effortlessly reproduce lifelike sound in sumptuous style.

Room-filling sound has rarely looked so good
Engineered to the most exacting standards, the Ruark Talisman-R speakers use optimal cabinet damping and design to deliver supremely lifelike and engaging sound. The luxurious design sets them apart from the crowd, making these premium floorstanders a great choice for those who value aesthetics as much as sound.

Sloping baffle for optimal timing
With its sloping baffle design, the Talisman-R speakers evoke iconic Ruark models from the late twentieth century. As well as looking stylish, the design also improves the sound by aligning the speaker drivers. With the tweeter set back, the sound from both units arrives at your ears at the same time, improving the music’s focus and timing.

Decoupled baffle for low distortion sound
For the best in sonic detail and the lowest colouration, Ruark has paid great detail to cabinet damping. The front baffle is decoupled from the main structure via elastomer bushes, limiting vibration transfer to the drivers. This improves sonic purity as the drivers work more effectively without having to deal with external vibrations. Inside the cabinets, bracing and damping materials absorb unwanted resonances, further improving the sound’s detail and realism.

Silky-smooth top-end
For the smoothest top-end response, the Talisman-R speakers feature 27mm silk dome tweeters. These not only deliver a relaxing, fatigue-free sound, but also reveal subtle detail, letting you hear every breath, cymbal brush and string pluck from your favourite musicians.

Lifelike midrange
Helped by the highly damped cabinets, the treated fibre NS+ woofers excel with a lifelike and full-bodied midrange. Richly balanced in texture, they reproduce vocals with realistic clarity, giving you great insight into the musician’s tone and vocal delivery.

Punchy bass response
Long-throw bass woofers combine with the dual-flared port to effortlessly reproduce deep and tuneful bass. The isolated cabinet once again helps in keeping the bass tight and clean, while the carefully tuned port ensures a richly-balanced and smoothly integrated bass response, whatever the volume.

Choice of luxurious finishes
Renowned for its furniture grade cabinet work, Ruark’s Talisman-R speakers look every bit as good as they sound. Choose between Fused Walnut or Satin Charcoal lacquer for the finish that best suits your tastes and décor. For a cleaner look, the speakers come supplied with black cloth grilles.

Engineered to ignite the senses, the Ruark Taliman-R speakers compel you to look and listen.
