The Soundboks Rider is the company’s most compact party speaker yet, and is ideal for setting up party sound indoors or out. Rated to IP66 standards, it’s tough enough to cope with everything from being splashed by a wave to surviving torrential rainfall. As you’d expect from Soundboks, it has plenty of party punch too. With its powerful woofer and punchy amp, it goes way louder than a regular Bluetooth speaker.

Compact enough to carry, the Rider still packs a punch. Equipped with an 8” woofer, powered by a dedicated 72 watt amp, it hits deep and hard, powering bass lines with attack and pace. The 1.2” tweeter has its own 20 watt amp and cuts through background noise with its crisp and bright top-end presence.

Easy control from your smartphone
Download the Soundboks app and take full control of your party speaker. With TeamUp you can link and control multiple Soundboks from one phone. The custom EQ lets you tune the bass, mids and treble to perfection. Pro Panel balances the perfect settings between mixer, instruments and microphones. Finally, Pin Code protection lets you lock the speaker against unauthorised use.

Designed to travel
More compact than other Soundboks speakers, and featuring a built-in carry handle, the Rider is the most portable model in the current range. Add the optional strap* and it’s easy to sling the speaker over your shoulder or strap it to your bike and travel with your music.

Built for adventure
Constructed from ABS and polycarbonate, the Rider’s cabinet is tough enough for a life on the road. Silicone bumpers on each corner protect against minor knocks and bumps, while the drivers are protected by a robust, removable steel grille. Rated at IP66, it’s dust proof and weatherproof, meaning it can take a beach party or being caught out in a downpour.

Long-lasting rechargeable battery, with spares available
Featuring a battery that lasts up to 35 hours (at medium volumes), the Soundboks Rider has got the stamina for a weekend of partying. Crank it up to full volume and there’s still up to eight hours playback. The supplied rechargeable battery can be recharged* in two hours. Connect and play
For hassle-free playback, simply pair with your smartphone, tablet or laptop via Bluetooth 4.2 and stream your favourites. For improved versatility, there’s also a 3.5mm stereo input. Use this to plug in a mixer, CD player or other audio device.
