Revolutionary cabinet design is now available as a dialogue speaker with the class-leading Q Acoustics Concept Centre.

Innovative cabinet design

Just like the other Concept speakers, the Centre uses a unique cabinet isolation design. Effectively, the Concept Centre offers a cabinet within a cabinet, separated by a special resonance cancelling compound called Gelcore. This construction style of cabinet massively reduces the resonance or 'voice' of the cabinet, meaning you get far less distortion. Proved to work by laser measurement, the Concept Centre simply sounds clearer, more natural and a whole lot more expensive than its price tag would suggest.

Vocal excellence
Using twin, long throw woofers and a soft dome tweeter, the Concept Centre tackles all types of centre channel material with ease. From the most softly spoken speech to action-packed drama, the Centre makes it all clear. The sound is also the ideal match for the other Concept speakers in the family; the 20 and 40.

Stylish design
Styled to match the impressive Concept 20 and 40, the Centre was always going to be a good-looking design. With its rounded corners and high gloss finish, the Centre is a speaker you'll be proud to have on show. Choose between gloss white or gloss black for the perfect match.

The perfect addition to the Concept family, the Centre completes one of the most natural-sounding speaker systems in its class.

Speaker Enclosure TypeType of speaker enclosure. Infinite baffle cabinets are sealed and so are often less fussy about placement. Usually they do require a little more power to drive, though. Bass reflex speakers are usually more efficient than infinite baffle designs but may require more care in terms of placement. Rear port designs, in particular, usually need at least 15-30cm (6 - 12 inches) between them and the wall behind, for a balanced bass response.
