6 YEAR SUPERCARE
6 YEAR SUPERCARE COSTS JUST £9.99 ON ALL ITEMS UNDER £100, OR 10% OF PURCHASE PRICE ON ANYTHING OVER £100.
This page is intended to demonstrate the incredible value of our 6 Year Supercare. Under recent legislation, we are obliged to point out that you obviously do not need to purchase an extended warranty at the same time you purchase your electrical goods and are entitled to shop around. We have been encouraging our customers to do just that for years because, not only are our prices significantly cheaper than our competitors, but just look at what else we include:
Free loan machine (only if taken back to store)
Should you encounter a problem, just ask and you'll be provided with a unit to ensure you're not without music whilst your equipment is being fixed.
Like for like machine if unit is unrepairable
If, for any reason, we are unable to repair your unit, we'll replace it. Naturally, models do change so, while we can't guarantee that it will be the same model, we do guarantee that it will have equivalent specifications.
Free routine service / Maintenance checks
have your unit serviced as often as you wish, free of charge, during the 6 year period. (Normally excluded from extended guarantees).
45 day cooling off period
If you're not happy with our 6 Year Supercare package just ask for a full refund - no questions asked. After 45 days, providing no claim has been made, you can also terminate the agreement and receive a pro-rata refund.
If you use the policy in the 6 years, you'll have saved yourself tens and perhaps hundreds of pounds. If you don't use it...IT WON'T COST YOU A THING!*
* Simply return your unused Supercare policy within one month of the expiration date, and we'll refund the price of your warranty. Terms and Conditions

Combining the best of HEOS and AV receiver, the HEOS AVR is a revolutionary new way to combine all your home entertainment in one, top quality, design.

Full surround sound receiver

At its heart, the HEOS AVR is a fully featured AV receiver. It has a 5.1 output and decoding for Dolby TrueHD and DTS HD Master. This gives a totally immersive sound that a single soundbar/base system simply can't match. Four HDMI inputs, compatible with HDCP2.2, let you connect all your AV sources - such as Blu-ray player, set-top box and games console.

Denon Hi-Fi sound quality
With a Class-D digital amplifier, the HEOS AVR delivers a punchy 50 watts per channel. Offering low distortion and high current capability, the HEOS AVR drives a wide range of speakers, including models with low sensitivity and 4 ohm impedance. As you'd expect from this top quality hi-fi brand, HEOS use quality components and expert design to give the HEOS AVR a natural and detailed sound that suits all types of music.

HEOS - Wireless sound around your home
All HEOS (by Denon) music systems connect together by dual-band Wi-Fi, making them easy to set up with your existing home network. Up to 32 HEOS units can be set up at one time, ensuring even the largest of homes are covered for multi-room music. Should you prefer to stick with a wired connection, then you can make use of the Ethernet socket that's standard on all HEOS systems.

Effortless control from your smartphone or tablet
Once you've set up the HEOS systems, controlling them is simple with the free HEOS app. This user-friendly app uses three main tabs that feature at all times - 'Rooms', 'Music' and 'Now Playing'.

'Rooms' gives you individual control of the music being played in a particular room. You can see what music is playing where, from anywhere around your home. For an instant 'party mode' simply 'pinch' the zones together and get up to eight speaker zones, all playing the same music at once.

The 'Music' tab selects the streaming music service or stored music either on your device or a remote device connected via the DLNA network. This means you should be able to access pretty much all the digitally stored music available in your home.

'Now playing' gives you artist, title and track timer information plus lets you control the master volume and also view the music queue.

Bluetooth for local streaming
For quick and easy 'local streaming', the HEOS AVR is equipped with Bluetooth. Ideal for when a friend comes around and wants to share their music, Bluetooth gives you a fast connection that's independent of your home network.

Endlessly compatible - including Hi Res playback
A great benefit of choosing the HEOS system is its class-leading compatibility. In terms of music streaming services, it's compatible with Spotify Connect, Rhapsody, Pandora, TuneIn and other services offering DRM-free tracks. Supported music files include MP3, WMA, AAC, FLAC and WAV, making it compatible with just about all stored music libraries. It's also compatible with High Resolution music files in FLAC, WAV and ALAC formats.

Simplify your life, without compromising on sound or features, with the all inclusive HEOS AVR.
